I found these cute paper Snowman Plates at Walgreens 2 for $1.00, it fit my budget, and made my Christmas Cookie Plates easy to assemble.

Last Friday the boys and I delivered three dozen cookies to the hospital, and three dozen cookies to our Doctor’s office. I also had a dozen left to take over to our neighbor’s house.

Thade had so much fun taking the cookies around, and he told everyone “Very Christmas” 😉 We had talked about saying “Merry Christmas”, but I guess he heard “Very Christmas”. Thade even got a Candy Cane from Susan (our favorite receptionist) in exchange for the cookies, he was thrilled.

On the way to the car Thade was proudly carrying his Candy Cane, and we were talking about sharing and giving to others during the Holidays. He turned to me and said “Mom it feels good to share, because you get Candy Canes.” He is just too cute sometimes. I’m glad he felt good about sharing, and he was pretty pleased about that Candy Cane too 😉

We Have Pictures!!!

Thanks again to my Mom for helping out today. We all had a fun day, and we finally got the Christmas pictures picked up and home 🙂 Thank goodness, now it is time to cut them, and get them into the Christmas cards.

The boys were pretty good today too, we had lots of errands to do. We had to go and get a tail light fixed on hubby’s car, a trip to visit hubby at work, Wal-Mart (out of town) to pick up the pictures, Mc Donald’s for a snack and to feed Dylan, and then to the gas station for some M&M’s.  Thade had been so good, so we all split a bag of Shrek Themed M&M’s so good.

I even got a little bit of cleaning in, but there is always more that needs to be done. By the time that we made it back into town I decided not to mess up the kitchen one more time, and just call out for Pizza. Thade was thrilled 🙂 me too, no dishes 😉
