July might have been my biggest coupon savings month so far. I saved a total of $67.78, just by using coupons. I also earned $12.10 in rebates from Walgreens. My year to date coupon savings is now at $165.25! I hope to do well in August too, another really long month 🙂

Not just a …
This is a new series on my blog where I find a new and different use for a common item in the home. Today I’m using my Melon Baller as a cookie scoop.
I send about 3 dozen cookies to my husband’s workplace every Friday. The cookies are homemade, but I want them to look fairly uniform. The melon baller does the job beautifully. I can easily place 16 cookies on one air bake cookie sheet, so my time baking in the kitchen is quick too. I have plenty of bite sized cookies to share with the co-workers, and still have a few for my boys at home. Now I’m off to find a big glass of milk 😉
