September Project Check-In

pict0037.JPG

The month is rapidly coming to an end. Sadly I have not made a dent in the projects that I was going to get accomplished. The boy’s closet remains untouched, as does mine. The utility room is a giant mess, and I’ve just run out of time.

I did manage to get the foyer cleaned and decorated 🙂 I also cleaned out the pantry in the kitchen. I wiped down all of the shelves, and lined them with waxed paper for super easy clean-up. I organized all of the canned goods, and started a recipe box. Its a start, just a little one.

I might have to move September’s Projects to October’s Projects 😉

Happy 6 Months Sweetie!

HAPPY SIX MONTHS DYLAN!!!!!

The little one is six months old today! I can’t believe how quickly the time has passed and how much my little baby has changed. Dylan is trying his hardest to crawl, and sit up too. He is super busy and in to everything. Thade has become the great-entertainer and keeps Dylan laughing. Big hugs to my little one, and my big kid too!

New Day New Loss Leaders

It is amazing what a difference a day makes. Yesterday I was sick as a dog, and today I’m a brand new migraine free super motivated girl. I’ve already got my bottle pumped for the day, and a load of laundry in the wash.

Today is also Loss Leader Day if you live in SE KS. I think I’m going to have to make the time to make the trip to Dillon’s, Walgreens, and Big Lots too. Here is what I’m shopping for: Continue reading »

Monday Errands

Well the shopping will have to be done a little later. Today Thade noticed that a brand new episode of Yo Gabba Gabba! would be on, so we gotta stay home and catch that. He loves this show. Today there was a great ska song about cleaning up. It was called “Pick It Up”. It was so cute, and hey who doesn’t love a song about cleaning? The show today keeps getting better Tony Hawk is teaching everybody how to skateboard, love it. Now we may never get the errands run.

We have to go to the store, and my list is HUGE. I’m buying a few meals ahead for next week( James is off on Monday), and getting all of our supplies for the NASCAR races this weekend ( sun block, ear plugs). It is going to be a pricey outing 🙁 I also have to run to the post office. We’ll see what I can get done today, I’ve still got a yucky headache. I had better go and make lunch, so that way I’m not too tempted to buy too many snacks.
