Homemade Vegan Pizza! 

This month has been filled with tasty vegan and vegetarian meals. I have been getting creative with what I have on hand, and using up my pantry stock.

I am so happy that this day has finally arrived!!! Even though it is a sticky 90 degrees in KS, it is officially Autumn. 

  
I am ready for cooler days, chilly nights,  and Crock Pot cooking. And of course Halloween!!!
