We are just two days away from Spring Break, and this morning Thade started complaining of a tummy-ache… Two kids in his class went home sick yesterday, and I fear that the stomach flu is making it’s way to us again… Oh my goodness I am beyond sick of the flu.
I’m really hoping that the other two kiddos don’t get it, and I and James don’t want it either. This is going to be one of those days/weeks/months/years, and I’m exhausted.
Hope the flu is treating you nicely… Any fun plans for Spring Break?
This month I haven’t been de-cluttering at all, but in February we rocked it!

I worked a little more on the house, and James tackled the garage.
All in all we removed 481 more pieces of clutter from the house!
I’m so happy it is out of here.
This week is crazy busy, so I didn’t do too much over the weekend.

We put a quilt out on the fence on Friday and Saturday. March is “Voices From The Quilts Month” in our little town, and we are on the Trolley route, so I wanted to have a quilt out too. I think it looked pretty cute out on the fence.
This weekend the Rodeo was also in town. This is a weekend I absolutely dread… There was no parking on our block, and constant noise and car alarms through Sunday night. I’m glad the rodeo has finally left town.

The kiddos had fun wearing Dylan’s cowboy hat though.
Saturday we ventured out for a bit, and yes when we got home, we didn’t have a parking spot thanks to three gigantic pick-up trucks…
But alas,

I had on a cute Spring dress because the weather was amazing.

We went grocery shopping which wasn’t fun, but it had to be done.

We grabbed lunch while we were out, and that was awesome. I’m now hooked on the Dorito Tacos, they are dangerously delicious.
Sunday was a bit of a bummer…
The pretty weather vanished, and the rain moved in, and daylight savings time arrived too.
I don’t think anyone was in a good mood on Sunday.

Agnes had fun coloring on my desk, and screaming “Yellow” every two seconds.

Daylight savings wasn’t treating me too kind, so I gave up and took a nap.
This week we have something going on every single day, and the kids are on Spring Break as soon as Friday rolls around. Oh goodness it is going to be a long two weeks over here…
I still haven’t felt quite right… So I’ve been keeping close to home.

I’ve been drinking lots of tea, but my stomach just isn’t cooperating…

I took the snowflakes down, and made a little Spring curtain for the side door.
The weather has turned cold again, so the kiddos and I are indoors.

They are keeping busy though.
So anyway I’m hoping that in the next few weeks, we see some warmer weather,

and this yucky sickness is out of here for good.
