Most Days
Most days now are filled with this…
Thade is busy in school,
and Dylan starts pre-school in just two weeks.
Some days there are errands to be run…
Grocery shopping,
visits to the library
Tae Kwon Do twice a week, and soccer starting soon for both boys too.
Some days we get to play,
we visit a favorite park,
and if the weather is nice, we go for long walks too.
Being at home with the kiddos means that most days my day is filled with messes like these…
But there is also a lot of this,
and that is just awesome!
Karate Pants!
Thade decided to start taking Tae Kwon Do, and he really needed a Gi for the class. We ordered him one, and Friday it arrived.
He was a little excited!
Of course he had to try it on, right away, he could not wait, at all…
Before you knew it, everybody was Kung Fu Fighting.
I couldn’t help myself, now that song is stuck in your head too.
He can’t wait for his next Tae Kwon Do class.
Phone Faves
Sometimes I have my camera with me, and sometimes I don’t. I’ve been trying to remember to get more photos, and for that I’m using my phone.
The Hipstamatic App is one of my very favorites.
I love the vintage look of the photos, even when Agnes makes a silly face.

I Don’t Want To Go
This week has been full of don’t want to’s. The first day of school was quickly approaching, and I needed to get Thade in to see the Dentist. He looked up at me with his big brown eyes and said “Mom, I don’t want to go”. He was really good though and went anyway.
He gave the Dentist a big hug at the end of his check-up, and even though he doesn’t want to go, he has to go back on Monday. I have a feeling I will hear “I don’t want to go” a few more times next week.
