Let’s Make Some Fruit Dip
Thanks to Walk KS I’ve got to eat a lot of fruits and veggies. Don’t tell my kids, but eating all those fruits, well sometimes they just need a little something extra. I’ve got an easy recipe for Fruit Dip to help make those fresh fruits even tastier.
You’ll need:
- One package Cream Cheese (full fat or low fat)
- One Jar Marshmallow Creme or Fluff
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- A big bowl, a hand mixer, and a spatula
Mix all ingredients together, and blend like crazy. I like to use a big bowl, so that way I don’t end up with fruit dip all over my kitchen. Serve along side with fresh fruits, and refrigerate any leftovers.
When I made the fruit dip I used lower fat cream cheese, which made a thinner dip. I recommend the full fat cream cheese for a fluffy dip. Either way it is tasty treat!

Yum! Anything with cream cheese gets my vote.
You know what else is yummy? Fat-free sour cream with a spoon of brown sugar mixed in. Sounds weird, and I don’t like weird foods, but it’s got a caramel-cheese cake kind of flavour going on and is drool-worthy.
Both dips sound yummy! We are big fruit eaters here! Did the boys like the dip? I am used to seeing the thumbs up or down from Thade!
We so love this stuff! I make it a good bit during berry season. Blessings!
Thanks Susan! Your dip sounds really yummy too 🙂 Anything to make those fresh fruits tastier is fine by me 🙂
Thanks Heather! I couldn’t get anyone to try the dip… Thade said it looked icky, and Dylan just shook his head “no”, but that is fine by me, that means more yummy dip for Mommy 😉
Thanks Marva! If only I had some fresh garden berries to go with the dip, that sounds so good. I really like the dip too, but most of the time I end up just eating it with a spoon 😉
Thanks Nana! I often forget about this simple dip, but when I knew I was going to be eating all of those fruits and veggies, I knew I needed a little something extra. It is so easy to make, and it is also really good on Cinnamon Raisin Toast or a Bagel 🙂
