This morning we woke up to snow, and you know I am no fan of snow. The kiddos were thrilled though, and Thade desperately wanted to get out and make a snow Angel. Since it was almost time for school, I thought he had better not, so he was already mad at me, and we hadn’t even left the house yet.
I loaded up the car, and went on ahead and started it, because it was just too cold. The kiddos were slow going to get out of the door today, and we were almost late to preschool, thanks to some slick roads. I was headed back across town to go to MOPS, and as I was going up a hill the traction on my car kicked on, so I didn’t slide back down the hill. Yeah, I am so not a fan of Winter weather.
MOPS was fun today, and the breakfast was delicious. We had a fun demonstration, and we all got to decorate Cupcakes. All of my boys were happy about the surprise dessert at lunch today.
After MOPS I was back across town to pick up Thade, and then we were going to pick up lunch for James too. So one more trip back across town to grab lunch, and then another trip back across town to have lunch with Dad.
After lunch we were finally headed home, and both of my kiddos are so tired. I hope that it will be a quiet afternoon, and maybe I can get a few chores done around the house. The dishes are piling up in the kitchen (again) and I’m still playing catch-up on the laundry.
I hope that everyone is having a great Friday, and I bet everyone is ready for the weekend! Stay warm and toasty today, and watch out for the snow.
Sounds like a blast except the slick roads part (thankfully you are okay!).

What a fun group your MOPS must be…I think I would look forward to that 🙂 .
Your boys can come here and play in the snow any time they want, but I have to warn you…it’s probably up to their waist in my back yard…if they tried to make a snow angel, we might lose them! It’s like freakin’ quick sand back there!
Thanks Marva! The snow is almost all gone this afternoon, but it sure was slick this morning. I’m not the best snow driver, so I was pretty happy when we were home for the day.

MOPS is a lot of fun, and Dylan is doing great in the nursery. I really enjoy the group, and all of the activities are a lot of fun. Thade really enjoyed the cupcakes today too 🙂 Have a great weekend, and stay warm!

Glad to know that others have laundry piled up. I have had two loads of laundry on my coffee table for three days now and I still haven’t found the time to finish folding. Enjoyed reading you comments, glad I finally made it to your site!
