Last weekend was busy, busy, busy. On Saturday James and I celebrated our sixth anniversary, and he surprised me with a dozen long stemmed red roses. They are so beautiful, after six years he is still full of surprises. We exchanged gifts, and I was so happy to receive one of my favorite shows “Coupling” on dvd. I got all four seasons. With the late nights that I’m pulling, I’m very happy to have some great dvd’s to watch 🙂

We also drove the boys by the church that we were married in, and we went out to lunch and a movie too. It was so nice just having a day together, we’ll have to do that more often.

On Sunday I was up and cooking at 7:00 a.m. for the early birthday party at noon. We all had a great time, and the birthday boy got some pretty cool gifts. We all had a nice time watching the race, and eating way too much 😉

I’m still cleaning  today from the weekend. I’m almost all caught up on the laundry, but I’m still no where close to having all of the dishes done. Its almost time for dinner, so I guess I’ll have to wait until tomorrow to get the mess all cleaned up.
