Well it is just a handful, but we will get some veggies out of the garden. I was so happy to see the Green Beans, and I have a few more that are almost ready to be picked. I’m planning on making a batch of New Potatoes with Green beans and bacon out of the home-grown veggies.
Sadly my zucchini didn’t make it, but I still have a few more blossoms, so maybe we’ll get one or two. This organic gardener is hoping for the best!
We are just getting some ripe tomatoes as of this week. My japanese pear tree(apple pears) is full of fruit that should be ripe soon.

Thanks Amy! The Green Beans were really easy to grow, and the seeds were big enough that Thade could plant them on his own. Now if I could only get him to eat them 😉
