Last week we were lucky and had a very mild week, this week is going to be brutal. We are looking at a major Winter storm heading our way. Oh yes, freezing temps, blizzard-like conditions, and 14-15 inches of snow. The one cool thing about the upcoming storm is a chance for thunder-snow. I’m really excited about that. I’ve seen thunder-sleet, but never thunder-snow. We’ll see what happens. I’m pretty sure that we’ll see a few days out of school this week.
So how is the weather in your neighborhood today?
It was -27C (-17F?) when I took the kids to school this morning. I’m so over winter right now.
Can I just say that you are so weird being excited for thunder-snow?? If it was me, I’d be hiding under a box in my basement right now lol.

I’m so excited about the strange weather, I’m kind of a giant weather nerd. The thunder-snow hasn’t arrived yet, but we have blizzard warnings until tomorrow morning. I think we are snowed in for quite a bit.
