I was putting together tonight’s Chili, and I needed to make a dessert to go with it. I thought about making a batch of Brownies, but then I remembered the Cookie Dough that was hanging out in the fridge. I thought I would make the Cookie Dough into Cookie Bars, and they turned out great. I even melted some Hershey Kisses on top for the icing. I used everything that I had on hand, so no last minute trip to the store. Thade and I have already split three of the tasty Cookie Bars. Oh the cookie goodness 😉
