It is so icy outside today, and school has been canceled. This morning we even had Thunder-sleet, it was so strange. The Ice was coming down while it was Thundering and Lightening, we have some of the strangest weather in my neck of the woods. The ice is still coming down, and looks like it is here to stay for the day.
I think we will be in all day. Yesterday we got all of the outdoor errands accomplished, thank goodness. Today I’ll be doing odd jobs around the house, and cleaning in the kitchen. We might even get out the Play-Doh at Dylan’s afternoon nap, so Thade and I can play.

No winter weather here……no sun either, just starting to rain and it’s cold! We also will be staying in today!

Thanks Susan! Every once in a while there is Thunder-Snow, but it is very rare. We have had a lot of ice this Winter, and we are all ready for the warmer Spring weather. I hope to get all of the chores finished this morning, and Thade and I can play this afternoon!

We have had rain for the past 4 days and it’s forecasted to be rainy and cold with high winds through next week. The sun comes out for a short while, then it pours rain. We need the rain badly! Last year we only got 1/2 inch which was less than Death Valley got; it got 1 1/2 inch! The only problem for me is that I have to constantly mop since we have all tile and the mess really shows. The kids and dogs goin and out and I bet I mop every 30 minutes.

We are all ready for Spring over here, we are going a bit stir crazy in the house. It is strange we have one day where it is 50-60 degrees and then the next day snow & ice and freezing temps. I hope that Spring gets here sooner rather than later.
