Today I’m wishing for warmer weather, while my kitty is taking a long Winter’s nap. I’ve been busy getting a jump start on the New Year’s organizing by neatly putting away all of my new kitchen towels. I just love the Coffee Themed Towels 🙂
The kids are having fun playing with their new Cars Tent(Christmas Present from Grandma). I still have no idea where that one is going, it is a little big for the Living Room.
I’ve also been taking stock of what I have in the Fridge, Freezer, and Pantry while working on my January Monthly Menu (coming soon). I finally got around to making some Turkey Stock out of the Christmas Turkey. The stock will come in handy for Soups and Stuffing too.
I’ve been organizing too! I got all of my kitchen cabinets and drawers clean and organized today. It feels SO good. Keep up the great work 🙂 Ellie
Great job Ellie! I wish I was that organized 🙂 I’ve been reading some tips in the new Better Homes and Gardens magazine for January, it is all about organizing everything. I’m so ready to get started on some major projects, now I just need the kiddos to give me the time to get it all done 😉
I know how you feel about needing the kiddos to give you time. They are teething and now have viral infections. Lots of runny diapers and fussiness! Great pic of you nico! the stock looks yummy! Keep up the good work!
