Since Pancakes have taken over as number one breakfast, I’ve decided that Saturday’s are Pancake days. Today I made a quadruple batch, and everyone was happy with the tasty breakfast. I hope that this time there will be enough pancakes left for the freezer.

Thanks Shaunna! I know, I think Thade will be a pancake before we know it. I really thought he would be tired of pancakes by now, but nope they are #1 on his breakfast list 🙂
Nico what is your recipe for the pancakes? I use the box mix that you just add water and I still can’t get them right and big and thick like yours. What is your secret
Thanks Vicki! I use the Betty Crocker recipe for regular pancakes, and I quadruple that batch. I really think that you need the right temp to cook the pancakes, I set my electric skillet at 375F, and it does a great job. Have fun making those pancakes 🙂
