Well the snow is still falling, and so far it looks like 1-2 inches. Not too bad, but enough to keep me off the roads. I don’t know what it is about the Wintry cold weather that makes me want to bake yummy goodies, and then hibernate.
Since we are snowed in I’ll be stocking the freezer with Banana Muffins and maybe some Oatmeal Muffins too. Thade has almost finished all of the No Bake Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies, so another batch of cookies might just make it on to my baking list for today 😉

It is SOOOO cold here in Southern California today. The wind is blowing and even our dogs don’t want to go out.
It is a good day to stay indoors and bake up a storm like you’re doing! Have fun in the kitchen!

Oh no Mimi, that does sound cold. I hope that your warmer weather returns soon. It is still snowing here, so I’m getting a little worried about the roads. The boys have had a lot of fun out in the snow though 😉 Have a great weekend and stay warm.
