Today the dreaded four letter word is in the weather forecast for us… SNOW! I think it is way too early for snow, we had super warm temps just a week ago, and now snow, it just isn’t right. I got out all of the Winter coats, gloves, and hats, just in case we needed them this morning. I also made a run to the store for the week’s groceries, and did my best to stay ahead of the weather. I didn’t quite make it though, there was a lot of rain as I was loading up the car.
Thade is hoping to see the snow though, he loves it. I’m not a fan though. I think he just likes to wear his big jacket and snow boots. Here’s to hoping that the snow stays away for just a bit longer.
Hey Nico you do a lot of baking cookies, do you or have you ever frozen them to keep till the holidays????
THanks Vicki 🙂 I bake a lot of cookies, but I don’t freeze them. I have several cookie drop-off days through the holiday season, and I bake the cookies the day before delivery 🙂 I’ve always wanted to try and freeze cookies to see how they turn out. I do freeze muffins and pancakes for breakfast, and they do well in the freezer.
