Thirty nine today and I’m not well. Depression has me locked out from everything. I’ve slept off and on all day, ran Thade to the movies, picked up dinner, washed dishes, folded laundry. It hasn’t been fun, and I am truly tired.

Dangit! I missed January
I hate it when this happens, and I miss an entire month of posting, blogging, picture taking, and life in general. January was a very long, strange month. The kids were home more days than they went to school. I was sick the last full week of January. Thade celebrated his 15th birthday, and it all flew by too quickly.
I hope to be back to posting regularly soon. I’m on day five of a pretty nasty migraine, and household duties are piling up all over the house. Better get to it.

2019 Resolutions
Well I’m a little more than late to getting around to posting. The last month has been incredibly busy. The kids are finally getting back to the school routine, and for the moment the dishes and laundry are caught up.
As for 2019 I am keeping my resolutions small…
- Participate in Veganuary
- Drink more water
- Take time to improve my well being
So the first one has been great so far. I’m already two weeks into the month, and this time around it has been really easy.
The second one will be a challenge for me. I’m good about reminding my kids to drink plenty of water, but I often ignore my own advice.
The last one is going to be the hardest… I really need to work on, me… I spend all of my time on everyone else, and it’s taken a toll on me mentally and physically. The kids are getting older, and it is time that they help out a bit. It is also time that I get a haircut more than once every four years.
