Last week my little one learned a phrase that made me a little sad… I was carrying Dylan as we were waiting for Thade to get out of school, and that is when Dylan said “no mom, want down, want to walk”. My little one is growing up fast and becoming more and more independent every day.
He can now brush his own teeth, helps pick up his toys, and he mimics anything that his big brother can do. It is cool to see my little one becoming a toddler, but it is tough on this Mommy too.

Aw, they grow up way too fast, don’t they? I would love to have another little boy…they’re so much fun.
It is a little sad when they become independent.
He’s a big boy already!
gosh nico he is growing up I remember when you were carrying him and his birth. Makes me feel old. Now for his eyelashes what any woman would not give to have those eyelashes
Thanks Susan! I agree boy’s are a lot of fun! We hope to one day, maybe have a daughter. Both of the kiddos really want a Sister, but I don’t know if it will happen… Dylan is growing up fast and getting more and more independent by the day 😉
Thanks Mimi! I agree it is a little sad, but it is a little great too. Dylan is very independent and he tries so hard to keep up with his big brother 😉
Thanks Vicki! I can’t believe that he will be 2 next month! He is growing up so fast, and he really tries to act big, just like his brother. I love his lashes too, he gets them from his Daddy 😉
