May Dinner Menu

Yay for May! I love the month of May, Spring is usually in full bloom, and we get to celebrate May Day, Cinco De Mayo, Mother’s Day, and my Mom-in-law’s birthday too 🙂 May is full of fun, and lots of yummy home cooked meals. Here is my menu plan for the month of May:

5/3/08:Dinner Out 🙂 Nico and the Boy’s are out of town!

5/6/08:BBQ Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, and Homemade Biscuits

5/7/08:Angus Burgers and Fries

5/8/08:BBQ Beef Sandwiches and Fries

5/9/08:Fish and Chips

5/10/08:Grilled Chicken, Stuffing, and Green Beans

5/11/08:Turkey, Stuffing, Mashed Potatoes, Homemade Apricot Pie, and Chocolate Pie! Mother’s Day dinner at Our House 🙂

5/12/08:Steak, Salad, and Hominy

5/13/08:Super Yummy Turkey Leftovers 🙂

5/14/08:Salmon Cakes, Salad, and Rice

5/15/08:Lasagna and Garlic Bread
