Happy Leap Day everybody! February seemed to fly by around here, and I’ve got lots of yummy meals planned for March. I’m also hoping to see some yummy veggies popping up at the grocery stores. Here is what I have planned for Dinner-time at out house:

In March I’m going to take a few nights off from the kitchen, and enjoy the break from all of the dirty dishes 😉
It all looks yummilicious! Do you have an Albertson’s nearby? This week they have their store brand frozen vegetables in 16 oz. bags on sale for $1. I’m mentioning it because they seem to have a better selection than other stores. They have yellow squash, butternut squash, zucchini squash, turnip greens, mustard greens,okra, okra and tomatoes and lots more. I’ve been using them and we all think they taste great!I stocked up on the squashes and greens and the California blend, they are our faves.Hope that’s not TMI!
