With our grocery dollars working harder than ever, I’m still trying to shop and save with my coupons. My June savings were pretty small, but every little bit helps. I saved $5.60 during the month of June, and that brings my year to date total up to $137.02. I hope to save a little more in July, but with the prices on the rise, we’ll see how it goes.
Hi Nicole…..yes every bit helps……to me, there aren’t as many good coupons out there. Thank goodness for the coupon train! The only thing I hate about holiday weekends is there are no coupons…..it looks like this weekend though there was P & G…. Everything keeps going up…..I’ve been paying $2.98 for a gallon milk…..last Monday I went into the store and it had gone up to $3.05…..I went in again on Wed and it was up yet again to $3.08. I know we have pretty good milk prices but still, it hurts when you are used to paying a certain amount and the price goes up. Thanks for all the great coupons you send….it’s appreciated 🙂 Ellie
Thanks Ellie! I’m having a hard time with the prices too, it has me so grumpy, I dread a visit to the store.What a bummer that milk went up twice in just one week.
