I Think We Can Call It Spring

We changed the clocks for Daylight Savings Time this weekend, and this morning we woke up to Tornado Sirens and a Tornado Warning at 6:30 a.m. I guess you can officially call it Spring in the Midwest.

  1. Thanks Nana! We are all safe here, all of the really bad weather wend due east of us. It was a little alarming waking up to the sirens at 6:30 a.m. this morning. As soon as James heard the sirens he ran next door to make sure it was alright if we came over. We were fine though 🙂 There was a tornado warning for our county and they were calling for walnut sized hail. Ah, Springtime in KS 😉

I wonder if it is Red Cross month, or if they are doing Spring Storm awareness. I thought all of the Red Cross flags looked really cool downtown 🙂

  2. Ok Nicole: If you hear Tornado sirens again PLEASE call me!!! I didn’t hear them at all this morning and you know how I am with storms! I got to church this morning and heard about it and was freaked out! I have my cell phone by the bed so anytime you hear them CALL!! 🙂 🙂 🙂 The other thing is our church is relocating so I dunno who is going to rent the building next door now and dunno if I will get to keep a key…YIKES!!!!

  3. Thanks Shaunna! I was waiting for your call this morning. I’m glad that you are safe, and I was really happy that we were safe in the storm too.

When is your Church relocating, and where too?!?

  4. it is relocating on Easter to the little place across from the post office. An actual church building, they now have just weddings there.
