Happy Earth Day!
My boy’s woke up extra early today, and Thade yelled out Happy Earth Day. I’m glad to see my big kid excited about Earth Day, and there are even a few Earth Day activities planned at pre-school today. Thade also wants to help pick up all of the garbage in the front yard, and I think that sounds like a pretty good Earth Day project to me too. Maybe we can get a few plants planted too, and I bet Thade will hug a tree or two, too.

We are going to a Family Festival for Earth Day tonight. They will have some earth day crafts for the kids, games, music, and treats. We are also joining the Nickelodeon lights out.
Our MOMS club took the kids to a nursery(plants) and each child got to plant a flower to take home. Jake was thrilled when he got to touch the dirt! He gave me a big kiss and said how wonderful it was!!

We visited a nursery too, but Dylan wasn’t a fan of the fans 😉 Thade liked it though, and today I think we are going to get a few flowers for our backyard too. I still haven’t gotten too much weeding done…
