A recent trip to the grocery store with kiddos in tow, I spotted avocados on sale, and I asked Thade what he though they were… “Weird food pods” was the reply. They looked like a good price to me, so I decided to give them a shot. I have had avocados in the past, but I have to admit, I’ve never been much of a fan. I’ve also hit a wall on my super healthy eating, and it’s time to add in some variety.
So I made up a batch of homemade guacamole for me, and it was so tasty. I added in Garlic Salt, and 1/2 of a Lemon. Thade thought it looked like green alien food, but Dylan gave it a try, and he even kinda liked it. I’m heading back to the store today, so I just might have to grab a few more green alien food pods.

Yum! I love me some moleeeee!!! That’s what Lil John calls it! LOL I have a recipe on my blog for mine. I put tomatoes, onions, lime juice, kosher salt, cilantro, garlic powder and “weird food pods” in it!
