My fabulous neighbor came to visit today, and brought along a Fresh Baked Loaf of Amish Friendship Bread (warm from the oven), and the starter for the bread too. The bread is delicious, and we’ll have fun baking with the starter. Thade made a little card for her to say thanks for all of the yummy cookies that she brings us, she was pretty happy.

This bread looks amazing!!!! I wish I had some starter. I may have to look it up and see if I can make a starter. I did that for my sourdough bread. It is yummy……

Thanks Marva! It is really delicious and tastes almost like a dessert. Thade really like the bread, which surprised me, he is a tricky one when it comes to trying a new food.
