I don’t decorate too much for Valentine’ Day, but I do have a few little Valentine’s decorations here and there.
Thade has been busy at school making crafts for the house. He made the cute I heart U guy for my desk, and a pretty pink and gold glitter heart for the front door.
I’ve reused a heart shaped mesh tin and salt and pepper shakers to make a Valentine’s Day napkin holder for the dining room table.
I would love to make a few large Heart Cut-outs for the big window in the foyer, but I haven’t gotten around to that one just yet…
How do you decorate your home for Valentine’s Day?

I don’t do alot, just a couple of things. I have some window clings on our front windows, an in the ground “flag” type thingy with v-day colors, and a heart shaped plaque outside by the front door. It’s not alot, but it makes it a bit more festive! I love Thade’s crafts, those are the best 😉 Ellie
Thanks Ellie! Your Valentine’s Decorations sound great! I wish I decorated a bit more for Valentine’s Day, but luckily Thade has been busy making great crafts for me 😉 Hope that you have a very Happy Valentine’s Day!
The kids made a sugared heart banner and some cupid’s out of construction paper and from printables on my blog, and the kids each made some bif glitter hearts that are so covered with glitter, they must weigh a pound each!
I love your heart napkin holder!
Thade really did a nice job on his V Day gifts!
Thanks Mimi! Your Valentine’s decorations sound great 🙂 I bet your kids had a lot of fun making their crafts too. Thade can’t wait for tomorrow, he has a big party at school, and a little program for the parents at the beginning of class :)I hope that you have a very Happy Valentine’s Day!
