November is almost over, time for a new dinner menu. Here is what I have planned for the super long month of December:

• 12/7/07- Steak and Steak Fries
• 12/8/07- Spaghetti w/Meat Sauce, Green Beans, and Garlic Bread
• 12/9/07- Chicken Noodles and Mashed Potatoes
• 12/10/07- Grilled Chicken, Stuffing, and Green Beans
• 12/11/07- Steak & Shrimp, Rice, and Green Beans
• 12/12/07- Chicken Tenders, Mac & Cheese, and Fries
• 12/13/07- Sausage & Shrimp Jambalaya, Hominy, and Biscuits
• 12/14/07- B-B-Q Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, and Biscuits

10/3: Sandwich Night (Hubby has a meeting at 7:00 p.m.)

10/4 : Turkey Leftovers and whatever sides I have stockpiled

10/5 : Beef and Broccoli Stir-fry with Rice

10/6 : B-B-Q Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, and Corn

I’m going to try hard and stick to my menu plan, and save some extra money on the grocery bill.

I love to menu plan. Tonight while the boys are snoozing, I’m working on September’s menu, shopping list, and budget. I hope to have the monthly menu up soon.  In September I’m going to try to make more from scratch, so it is going to be interesting in Nico’s kitchen. I hope that my hubby will like the results, and I hope to save a little more on the grocery bill.
