I haven’t had too good of a week… I’ve been having trouble with migraines, allergies, and seasonal affective disorder. I just haven’t felt too good lately. I’ve been sticking close to home, and working on little projects here and there.
Maybe next week will go better.
I’m thinking this would be a pretty good weekend, for a nice and very lazy weekend. I’ve got two crochet projects that I would love to get finished too.
The stinky dog needs a bath too.
There is always yard work to be done too.
I guess we’ll see what the weekend brings our way.
Wednesday marked just one single month left in the school year. In some ways I am ready for the lazy days of Summer, in other ways I am in no way ready for it. The littlest ones tend to fight when they have too much time together, and my oldest tends to get bored easily.
If it were up to Thade we would spend every Summer day in Kansas City. I don’t think that is too possible, but maybe we can plan for a road trip or two up there this Summer. I would love to take Dylan and Agnes to the Zoo in Springfield too. They haven’t been before, and I know they would love it.
The kids are also crazy eaters at the moment. I’m having trouble keeping the house stocked, and keeping up with their snacking tummies. I can’t imagine just how bad the damage will be on the grocery budget this Summer.
I would like to get some projects done this Summer too. We have a lot of outdoor projects to tackle, and so many indoors that I need to finish. It would be nice to get them done once and for all.
I am looking forward to having a daily schedule gone for a bit. I hope the kids will sleep in, and relax a bit. I need to keep myself on track when it comes to housework though. I tend to slack a bit during the lazy days of Summer.
Guess I had better get ready for it…
Last week, and this week have flown by… I have been on the phone non-stop.We have been cleaning up after the hail storm, and meeting with adjusters too. It has been stressful, but it is good to get it all started.
The boys are out of school tomorrow, and tonight Thade has a Spring Musical Program. He his excited too, he has a speaking role. He has been practicing often, Agnes and Dylan make a pretty good audience.
Last night Dylan lost his second tooth. He was so excited!
He also has school pictures today. I think they are going to be extra cute.
Agnes has been keeping me busy. She has been trashing every room in the house, and having some major three year old tantrums too. It has just been one of those weeks.
I think I’ll try to kick-back a bit tomorrow… Here’s to a relaxing and non-busy weekend.
I don’t know how it is only Tuesday. I am crazy tired, and way far behind on my housework.
The miss and I got to the store this morning, so at least the kitchen is ready for the week. There are lots of dishes to do, and too much laundry too.
The weather is cold, and chilly, which means I really don’t want to do much more than sit around and crochet. Maybe I’ll just take a day off, and get back to it tomorrow.
