Welcome Agnes

052

Welcome Baby Agnes!

Agnes made her grand arrival on our 8th anniversary, and we couldn’t be happier. She is doing well, adjusting to feedings, and I’m trying to hang in there. We are happy to be home from the hospital, and back home with our boys.

Thanks to Maggie for taking such great care of all of us in the hospital. You were awesome, and made our stay and recovery great. Thanks for all that you have done for us.

We truly appreciate all of the help from everyone. My best friends Shaunna, Stacey, and Maggie  took care of all of the meals for our family, and brought in special meals for James in the hospital too. I know the Grandma’s had fun getting to spend extra time with their grandkids too.

Thanks to all for the prayers and friendships too. We could truly feel the love…

Nine Months Ago…

0042

Nine months ago, we knew our lives would change forever. Dylan wasn’t even two years old,  Thade was keeping busy in pre-school, and I was happy and nervous all at the same time.

Nine months ago seemed like such a long time to get ready for your arrival, but the time has flown by. I’m still not quite ready, but I’m getting there.

Monthly Doctor visits, turned into two week appointments, and then I was seeing at least two Doctors twice a week, and waiting anxiously for the surgery date.  Before I knew it, I had my final two appointments, and I was giving my Doctor a big hug good-bye, till we meet again, in surgery.

Four ultrasounds, countless Doctor’s  appointments, and many prayers later, and you are almost here…

The boy’s and I can’t wait for your arrival.

The New Cat

010

Dylan is pretty sure that he is a cat… I have no idea why he thinks he is a cat, but he likes to crawl around chasing after the kitties and yell, “I’m a kitty!”

0111

He is pretty pleased to be bugging the kitties with his new found catness, but the kitties seem a little annoyed…

Hide and Seek

001

Who is behind the curtain?

0031

It’s Dylan!

0051

Lately Dylan has been obsessed with hiding. He likes to hide behind furniture, in a blanket, or sometimes in his little couch.

004

He cracks up, when I finally find him…

160

On Friday I had a check-up scheduled, and James had the day off work. It was my 16 week check-up, and we were going to see if we could hear the heartbeat, James decided that he had better tag along too. All my boy’s made it to the visit, and I think all three of them were just as excited as I was to hear that super-fast little heartbeat.

Our Doctor told us that a steady 160 was what she could hear, and that really made me think pink. The boy’s heartbeats were around 130-140, but we have to wait until the end of June to find out for sure. My Doctor (love her) is thinking pink too.

The little guys were really good at the appointment, and our Doctor asked if it was alright if they could have candy and a sticker… How could we say no?!? It was a lot of fun having the boy’s around, and I’ve got a bit more lab work to be done this month, but I don’t think they will want to go to that one.
