Thade had a great time at his Halloween Party today, and he came home with a backpack full of candy. This afternoon we have been going through all of it, and he has been picking out his favorites. I thought it would be fun to share Thade’s top 10 candies and Nico’s too…

My favourite Halloween candy is Rockets, which *I think* is the same as your Smarties. We have Smarties, too, but they’re like M&M’s…why can’t candy be the same wherever you go???
We don’t have Payday or Baby Ruth or Milky Way…but I’ve never met a chocolate bar I didn’t like so I’m sure they’re all good! We have these nasty things here called Halloween Kisses, which are hard and brown and just gross. When I was little, I used to think only mean people who didn’t like Halloween gave those out LOL.

OK, I take that back: this year those little pill looking things were called Smarties, not Rockets. They still taste yummy, no matter what you call them. I had two rolls for breakfast with my coffee this morning 😀 .
Thanks Susan! I agree, why can’t candy be universal?!? Thade is all about the smarties at the moment, and Dylan loves M&M minis. I love anything chocolate!!!
The Halloween Kisses sound pretty icky, and I wonder if they are the same as our Peanut Butter Kisses… They are a Peanut Butter Salt Water Taffy that makes an appearance only at Halloween, most people think they are pretty gross, but I kinda like them 😉

Thanks Susan! I had candy for breakfast this morning too!!! Thade got a few backs of mini Sweet Tarts, that look like Smarties, but are way more sour. I don’t think he was a fan of those 😉
