So this morning I woke up with a yucky cough, I blamed allergies. The weather was so nice today, and I thought I had better get the boys outside to play in the back-yard. I was sitting in the sun and watching Dylan play in the yard, and Thade dig in the dirt, and all of the sudden I was not well at all. It was almost Dylan’s nap time, so we headed indoors. I took him upstairs for a nap, got Thade all cleaned up, and then I promptly sat down on the couch.
Dylan only slept about 15 minutes, and I was coming down with a fever with an awful case of the chills, and a cough that would not stop. Dylan is a light sleeper and was not too happy that he didn’t get his full nap in. Thank goodness my hubby came home early today, I was rocking Dylan who had been crying for 45 minutes, and I was freezing. When James got home he took one look at me, and promptly took the boys upstairs so I could take a much needed nap on the couch.
At 5:00 p.m. everybody was hungry, and James volunteered to take Thade out to get Mommy much needed cough drops and soup, and he also picked up dinner for all of us too, thank goodness. James is such a sweetie, and takes the best care of all of us. I hope to be up and better soon, and I think I’m going to call it an early night tonight…

Thanks Susan! I hope to be up and going soon, this flu hit hard, and I had just a little cough, and then super sick. Every time that I make my way downstairs, Thade asks “are you finally better” 😉 I hope this will pass quickly.
