Simple Invitations

4th-invite.JPG

I gathered my crafting supplies and made simple Birthday Invitations for Thade’s 4th Birthday Party. I used Red Craft paper, Index cards, and stickers from Thade’s collection. I also used my decorative scissors for the edges. I think they turned out pretty cute, and I saved money by using what I already had on hand.  Now let’s get these invitations in the mail 😉

  1. Thanks Mimi! I love making invitations and cards too. I only had to send out 4 invitations this year to the family, and I thought it would be better if they were handmade. Gotta save those $$$ where I can 😉

  2. Great job Nicole! I am not a crafty person, but I think I may just try my hand at these for the boys birthday party! I really like your frugal thinking!

  3. Thanks Ellie! It was a fun craft to make, and I also used Thade’s favorite color, red 🙂 I also like to get out my rubber stamps when I can to make cards as well.

  4. Thanks Marva! They were very easy to make, and you can use just about anything that you have on hand. I also like to use construction paper, wrapping paper they both make pretty backgrounds for the invitations.
