This year we tried to keep things as simple as possible when it came to Christmas. We switched the usual Christmas at noon Lunch to Snacks at 4:00 p.m., and Christmas Dinner at 6:00 p.m., and it worked out great! We got to spend a little more time with the kiddos, and there wasn’t the mad rush in the kitchen to have everything done in time. My hubby and I got to sit on the couch and relax while the kiddos played with their new toys.
At 4:00 p.m., the Christmas Party had begun. We had lots of guests, plenty of yummy food, and WAY TOO MANY PRESENTS! After dinner and all of the unwrapping all of the presents, we all gathered around the table to play a fun game called Apples to Apples. I think this one is going to become a new family tradition, we all laughed until our faces hurt. Thanks again to everyone for a fun Christmas 🙂

Thanks Susan! Christmas was crazy around here, but the boys loved it! Even the little one was excited about all the presents, although he wanted to play with the big kid toys more than his baby stuff. I hope that you and your family had a very Merry Christmas too 🙂
