Having a night owl has me up at night surfing the channels. Right now I’m watching the TLC show Kids by the Dozen. Every week the show features a new story about a family that is raising 12 or more kids. It is fascinating to see their everyday lives.
One of my favorite things about the show is seeing how the families keep the kitchen stocked, and the shopping trips for a super-sized family. I can barely keep up with my little family. I can’t imagine what it would be like to keep up with twelve, or more.
Hi Nicole……I have also seen that show. I also like Jon and Kate plus 8. I also find it fascinating. I couldn’t even IMAGINE what life must be like with that many kids 🙂 (not to mention their grocery bill) Everyone always seems so happy and content with their life though so they must be doing something right! I can’t imagine what it would be like to feed that many kids, the grocery bill would be huge. I think I would be running to the store all the time 😉
My mother in law is from a really big family, she is one of fifteen. I don’t think that I would be brave enough to tackle that big of a family 😉
