Thanks Marva! Good question… Red meat is completely out for me, and this first month I will have fish or chicken 2-3 times a week. I struggle with anemia, and I want to get back into vegetarianism in a healthy fashion. It is a lot of extra cooking though, the boys aren’t joining the veggie team with me 😉
