This is going to be one crazy month, but I still have to make dinner for everyone. I’ve got a great Dinner menu planned, I just hope I have the energy to keep up with it. Here is my dinner menu for the month of October:

• 10/4/09: Grilled Chicken, Rice, and Green Beans
• 10/5/09: Tacos, Tortilla Chips, Re-fried Beans, Salsa, and Cheese Dip
• 10/6/09: Salmon Cakes, Corn, and Rice
• 10/7/09: Beef Stroganoff, and Mashed Potatoes
• 10/8/09: Sloppy Joe’s, Chips, and Brownies
• 10/9/09: Scrambled Eggs, Toast, Bacon, and Sausage
• 10/10/09: Spaghetti with Meat Sauce and Garlic Bread
• 10/11/09: Grilled Chicken, Corn, and Broccoli Rice
• 10/12/09: Angus Burgers, Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, and Fries
• 10/13/09: Salmon Cakes, Corn, and Rice
• 10/14/09: Spaghetti with Meat Sauce, Garlic Bread, and Green Beans
• 10/15/09: Popcorn Shrimp, Fries, and Macaroni & Cheese
• 10/16/09: Dinner out with my hubby!
• 10/17/09: Chicken Nuggets, Macaroni & Cheese, and Fries
• 10/18/09: Beef Stroganoff, Mashed Potatoes, and Chocolate Bundt Cake
• 10/19/09: Nacho Bar
• 10/20/09: Chicken Chow Mien, Rice, and Chow Mien Noodles
• 10/21/09: Best Ever, Corn Casserole, and Brownies
• 10/22/09: Salmon Cakes, Corn, and Rice
• 10/23/09: Pancakes and Bacon
• 10/24/09: Popcorn Shrimp, Fries, and Macaroni & Cheese
• 10/25/09: Chili, Saltines, and Brownies
• 10/26/09: Dinner out!!!
• 10/27/09: Chicken Nuggets, Fries, and Macaroni & Cheese
• 10/28/09: Sloppy Joe’s and Chips
• 10/29/09: Bean Burritos, Tortilla Chips, Salsa, and Cheese Dip
• 10/30/09: James is in charge of dinner!
• 10/31/09: Happy Halloween! Chili, Saltines, and Brownies
