Yesterday we had warmer weather, and a sure sign of Spring… Severe Thunderstorm Warnings. I’ll take a thunderstorm over a snow storm any day. The wild weather means Spring will be here soon. The rain also perked up the yard a bit, and we even spotted Daffodils starting to sprout.
I can’t wait for Spring, what about you?
We really don’t like the thunderstorm warnings here. I think I’d rather be snowed in. We had too many tornados in the last year. There have been 5 touch down with 5 miles of us. Too much for me. I love th esnow, maybe because we never get any.
Our grass is starting to green up and it’s looking like Spring is on it’s way here too. We need more chilling hours on the orchard though.

Yuk, I’ve had it with winter. But sadly, I’ll most likely be up to my knees in snow until April…oh well.

I’m enjoying the milder weather here too- but know we are not done with “winter” yet! The sunshine really lifts my spirits!
Oh I am so happy spring is just around the corner. I am ready for warm weather but I am worried we have not had enough cold to get rid of pests. I want to get my craft nook ready for starting seeds this weekend. Spring brings sunshine and daffodils and my anniversary, can’t wait!

Thanks Susan! I’m with you, I’m done with the snow and ice too. I’m not too fond of the really bad storms, but a little storm here and there isn’t too bad. The rain brings on the Spring Flowers 🙂
