I am determined for this week to go better… I took both of the kiddos out to Urgent Care yesterday, and we all had a check-up. Dylan had to be swabbed for the Flu virus, and he was none too pleased. Luckily the test results came back negative for the Flu, so the Doctor diagnosed all of us with Upper Respiratory Infection, and we were off to Walgreens for three prescriptions.
Walgreens took a little bit, there was a problem with my prescription. I have a Penicillin Allergy, and what I was prescribed contained it, but the luckily Pharmacist caught it, so I called the Doctor, and they called in a different one for me. Happily, I only have to take it for 5 days, I’m really not a fan of antibiotics. The boys have to take theirs twice a day for 10 days, but they were pretty good about taking their first dose.We’ll see how today goes.
Last night was another sleepless Dylan and Nico night, but so far the medicine is really helping me. I feel so much better all ready. I hope that the kiddos will be feeling better soon too, their coughs are still pretty rough today.

I am glad the med was making you feel better. Way to catch the mix up at the pharmacy! I am allergic to peniccilin also and suffa. Plus antibiotics tend to give me yeast infections- yuck!!

Thanks Heather! Antibiotics are so icky, I’ve been eating tons of Yogurt while I’m taking mine, but now I’m kinda tired of Yogurt 😉
