Saturday the spring wind arrived. I think it is always windy in our little town. The winds just seem to be a part of KS.

Saturday’s sunset was very pretty though. Agnes was super happy to see pink and purple clouds.

Sunday started off normal. There was a chance for storms in the afternoon, and again I though that’s pretty normal for springtime in KS. Oh goodness, was I wrong…

We had just finished dinner, and the sky turned dark. The wind picked up, and then the hail started crashing into everything.

We’ve had hailstorms before, but this one did a lot of damage.

The house, the cars, the garage, everything was damaged in the storm. We have a lot to clean up, and a lot of work ahead of us.

What a Spring already…
