I got my wish…
Cooler Fall weather is making it’s way our way.
I just wish those pretty leaves would stick around a bit longer.
Our little Autumn baby likes the cooler weather too.

Handwriting
Dylan and I have been doing even more preschool at home. During the evening, I write up little worksheets for him to do on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This week he missed school on Monday, so we had school at home instead.
He loves to work on worksheets, and I have already noticed a big improvement in his handwriting.
Right now we are working on his first and last name, numbers 1-9, the uppercase alphabet, and lowercase alphabet too. He loves to write in his very favorite color green.
Today I picked him up some new crayons so he can write even more, and a new coloring book. He loves to color. This afternoon we are heading to the library to fill our book bag with books to read at our home-school reading time.
Feverish
Last night Agnes ran a fever, but the croup cough hasn’t hit yet. Dylan hasn’t had a fever, but the croup cough is still with him. Thade is off to school today, I think he is trying to avoid the sickies here at home.
Unwell
My little guy is still under the weather. He has had a fever and a bad cough off and on since Saturday. He had to miss school today, and he was so sad about staying home. So far the other kids haven’t caught the cold yet, I’m sorry that Dylan still isn’t feeling better though.
Croup…
Yep. This makes cold/flu #2 for the school year. The croupy cough has made it’s way to our house, and so far it is just Dylan and I that have it. Thade has started coughing, but he says he still feels pretty good. Sorry James and Agnes, looks like you are next.
