Q: What are the standard sizes for the Nicostuff.com Hematite Bracelets?

A: We ship all of our Hematite bracelets in the standard 7-inch size unless otherwise indicated on your order. The standard 7-inches in a Hematite bracelet is very flexible and will fit almost all wrists. However, you may change the size of your piece(s) if necessary by making note of it on your order form. At the bottom of your Credit Card / Payment Information page, there will be a section titled “Size Changes (if any)”. Enter “Small” for a 6-inch size, or “Large” for a 8-inch size. Please make a note if the size change should only be applied to certain pieces and not others, or all pieces ordered will be changed to the requested size! You may measure your wrist with a seamstress-style measuring tape to double-check it if you are unsure. Another idea would be to wrap a ribbon around your wrist, and then lay the ribbon across a ruler, yardstick or tape measure to determine the size.

Q: Is it safe to order online from the Nicostuff.com site?

A: Absolutely! Our secure online shopping cart is maintained by Paypal™ with the industry’s most-advanced encryption, fraud prevention, and Buyer and Seller Protection Policies. Q: What are the shipping times and charges, and what is your return policy?

A: Most orders will ship within 2-3 days upon order receipt. For larger orders, it may take several more days due to the nature of hand crafting the pieces. We will contact you with additional details if this is the case. All orders under $200 receive FREE SHIPPING in the continental United States. Orders from Alaska, Hawaii, international orders or orders over $200 should contact us before placing your order to see if special shipping fees may apply. Kansas residents will pay sales tax at a rate of 7.300% for all sales.

Our return policy is as follows: ALL SALES ARE FINAL, and no refunds of any kind will be offered upon order receipt. However, Nicostuff.com may exchange any defective, damaged or ill-fitting merchandise for an identical piece at its sole discretion. Be sure to immediately contact us if your items arrive defective, damaged or ill-fitting! You may be subject to additional shipping charges at that time.
