Getting to the Store Today

I wanted to avoid a big trip to Wal-Mart, but I have a tire that is getting low, and I think in need of a patch, so it looks like we’ll be making a run there today. I’m also going to run to Walgreens while we are out, they have some great deals this week. Here is what I’m shopping for:

• 6 Pack Snickers Candy Bars (for my hubby) $1.99
• Jumbo Pack Walgreens Diapers 2 for $11.98
• Walgreens Facial Tissue 100 or 200 ct $.99 (with store coupon, limit 3)
• Ajax Dish Liquid 2 for $1.79 (with store coupon, limit 4)

We seem to be going through about 3 boxes of Tissues a week, so I’m buying the limit on those I hope to get both stores done today, and get my tire fixed too. It is going to be a busy day around here

I Think I’ll be Cleaning All Weekend

Even Superheroes must do laundry!

 

Yep that’s Spiderman helping out with the laundry, he was folding washcloths ;)  Thade has this habit of bringing me his Superhero Helpers wherever I’m cooking, folding laundry, washing dishes, or cleaning. He always says that they are “helping out too” It cracks me up!

 

This weekend I’m finally feeling better, and there is so much to catch up on. Laundry(putting away and washing), Dishes(way too many),  both bathrooms need cleaned, and there is that grocery list to tackle too. The weather is so nice today, so if there are any outdoor errands I had better get them done soon I hear my little Dylan, I guess those chores will have to wait a little bit longer…

Back To Winter, Bummer

The weather yesterday was so pretty, and here is today’s : ( We have thunder, lightening, lots of rain, and sleet, ice and snow on the way. How I wish we had the amazing weather for just one more day… Oh well I’ll be staying in today, and catching up on all of the neglected chores from yesterday. Here is the plan for today:

• Change the Litter-Box (yuck)
• Put away 5 loads of laundry
• Stock James Office fridge with Beverages and Snacks
•  Catch up on all of the Dishes
• Organize Living Room toys (there are just too many)
• Organize the Boy’s Room Toys, and get the storage bins into the closet!!!!

Thade is still feeling a little under the weather (no pun intended), he has a yucky cold that is making him miserable. It looks like he’ll be hanging out on the couch cuddling with his favorite Green Bay Packers blanket, and watching Ben 10 dvds
