May Coupon Savings

Better late than never ; ) My grocery shopping habits really changed for the month of May, and it is getting more difficult to save on those groceries. I’m still using coupons when I find a great buy, and for the month of May I saved $9.60 : ) It was a little bit of savings, but every bit counts. With the $9.60 from May my year to date total  is now up to $131.42, I’m pretty pleased with those savings.

How have you adjusted your grocery shopping to keep saving on the bill?

A Little Reminder

We visited the Post Office today. I needed to mail a package and buy some stamps. At checkout I was reminded that the price of stamps is going up on Monday. I went on ahead and purchased the $.42 cent stamps, and called it good.

This weekend is also the Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive. We went through the pantry and found a few items to donate, Thade had fun helping out too.

April 2008 Coupon Savings

I’m still shopping with my coupons as much as I can even though the grocery prices are on the rise. For the month of April I saved $20.13 using coupons That brings my year to date savings up to $121.82! I hope to keep the savings going strong in the month of May
