Thanks Susan! Jake is awesome! If you guys ever come and visit, I'll make sure to have Lil Smokies on the menu for Jake ;)

For the Chicken Chow Mein recipe, it is a little bit different every time, but here goes.

You'll need:
1-2 Cooked Chicken Breasts, thinly sliced
1 Can of Chicken Stock (or use homemade)
1 Can of Sliced Water Chestnuts ( I also like Bamboo Shoots, Baby Corn, and Broccoli, but my family doesn't)
Corn Starch Slurry... add a few teaspoons of Corn Starch to room temp water, and whisk it rapidly to make the slurry
*Salt, Pepper, Garlic Salt to taste

Heat the Chicken Stock in a large pan,add in the vegetables, and sliced chicken. Once the stock is boiling, add in the Corn Starch slurry to thicken, and stir well. Add in a few dashes of Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Salt and you're done.

This can also be thinned down with more Chicken Stock to make a super tasty soup. I like to add a little Soy Sauce to mine too. Serve over Rice, or Chow Mien Noodles.

Hope your family likes it :)
