Thanks Susan! The cake was pretty good, and easy to make too. I hope to get as close to the original recipe that I can, but I don’t mind trying out a few more cakes here and there.

Thanks Heather! Dylan loves to help in the kitchen. I try my best to find little tasks that he can accomplish. Maybe he’ll be a chef one of these days

Thanks Ellie! It was a really tasty cake, and James said it was pretty close. I guess I’ll have to tweak the recipe a bit more, but that means more cakes to bake

That looks pretty darn good. Even if you never found a match, I doubt James would be complaining. I don’t thing you can go wrong with coconut. : )
