I sometimes make a quadruple batch, in 2 big fry pans plus a counter-top griddle, and I'm still standing in the kitchen forever, but then at least I have some for the freezer. Then the big kids can throw them in the toaster for school morning breakfasts. I don’t blame your kiddos, pancakes rule!
