Thanks Heather! I thought the cake was pretty tasty, and super easy to make too. The Smoothies were great, and we’ve had them for breakfast. I think that the Banana Smoothie is a great base that you could add just about anything to.

That is cool that your Mom’s friend has been busy spray painting for Fall too. I have a few pieces to do, but I haven’t found the time to get to them

I want to try the cake! My kids would love it for an after school snack. Maybe Thade would like it with some milk poured over it, right in the mug, cake and milk with a spoon. Try it, Thade and give us a review!

Thanks Susan! It is a pretty good cake, but it is also very rich. Thade was really bummed that there wasn’t Chocolate Icing on top, but Dylan didn’t seem to mind

Funny…someone just posted a recipe for cake-in-a-mug on my favourite parenting forum. I think we’re going to try it after school.

I think I agree with Thade, cake needs icing LOL!!! That’s the best part!
