Here Comes the Rain

Yesterday the rain was here all day.

The kiddos watched outside, and the kitty took a long nap.

I took advantage of the rainy day and washed 4 loads of laundry, made a big batch of Turkey stock for the freezer, and baked a double batch of Banana Muffins (Dylan’s favorite). All in all it was a great day to stay in!

    Wow! You baked up a “storm”! Everything looks delicious. I especially love the picture of the boys standing at the door looking out at the rain. How I wish I had a picture of you and Kiesha (small white dog) standing at the door looking out at the world. Love, Nana

    Thanks Nana! Baking up a storm, you crack me up :) It was a nice day to stay in and catch up. I thought the boy’s looked so cute staring outside, they were both happy to see the rain. I was happy that we had a little break from the warm weather! Big hugs :)

    Thanks Ellie! It was a nice day, and the cooler weather was fantastic :) I love to bake and Banana Muffins are one of Dylan’s favorite breakfasts. I like to bake a double batch and freeze a few for later. Big hugs!
