I feel so silly but I often have a hard time figuring out where to start so I do a ABC game. I just try to find some little things to clean up counting off A..B..C as I go and before I know it I end up finding my rhythem and getting things done.LOL

Thanks Marva! Setting the timer really helped me out. Now I just need a timer for the upstairs to keep me on track with the cleaning tasks.

Definitely a promise of a reward at the end I am really motivated by rewarding myself with a treat like coffee or painting my toes
